I can see: 3pd and 1av on t3 + 1 av on t2 and an ad+posterior seta on t1....
This combination could fit to Paregle.
Most common one is P. audacula.
With female always tricky to be sure :)

I think it is Paregle audacula female. there appear to be some hairs on notopleuron, and the mouth margin is strongly upturned. As Joke has pointed out the av-seta on mid tibia, this would confirm it.
