The attached picture combines four photos of female
Melanostoma spp. found by my friend in the recent two months.
Could (A) be
M. orientale and (B ) be
M. scalare? Any clue about (C) and (D)?

They are all Melanostoma females indeed. But this genus is a bit of a mess, so I can't tell you what species they are.
