Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Limnellia quadrata?

I accidentally photographed this VERY tiny fly whilst taking a picture of something else. I appreciate that the picture is awful - but the wing pattern seems quite distinctive - is it possible to identify it please?

Thanks for the genus Paul - it looks like Limnellia quadrata - perhaps someone can tell me?
