First collected fly of the year! Found January 4 flying around in a stable in southern Sweden.
One pair of bristles on prosternum, so I think it is Scoliocentra (but I have been wrong before). I am using Gorodkovs key but I can not find a perfect match.

Hopefully Andrzej will appear soon! I am very curious whether he will confirm this is caesius (Mg.)

Thank you for your input!

I have seen caesius before

But I think this looks different.
But let us wait for Andrzej :)

Andrzej has confirmed that this is Gymnomus caesius with modified genitals.
