It is surely a Mycetophilid species from tribe Exechiini and I will vote for Rymosia sp. It is a female specimen. You have no chance to get closer.

Doesn't Sc end in R1 in the left wing here? Last I checked Sc ending free was a defining character of
Rymosia.
