A would appreciatte teh identification of this syrphid from Córdoba province In Argentina. I´m not an enthomologis, I´m an a plant ecologist, but I´m interested in this species because it parasite cacti species. I found it could be a Copestylum species, but an enthomologist of my university identifiied as an euristis.
I already have an specimen if somebody is interested in it.

Welcome to he forum Diego - nice photo. If you have problems uploading just edit your original post and try again or add extra information. Photo uploads can be fiddly but they do work when you make sure that the file size is <190KB and that the file name does not have spaces or unnecessary punctuation ;)
