Antenna yellow, face with several relatively thick?strong setae, basic coloration of fore tibiae yellow, hind tibia with black band, cheeks narrow, face straight (not convex) - if it is so, then it is Notiphila riparia:)

Thanks s;) much for your explanation. Really, seeing images of that species, I thought was riparia, but not for sure in the absence of keys. :D
