Meromyza sp. is the correct? 28.4.2011, Slovakia-Kosice, 200m a.s.l.

Meromyza ?virescens von Roser, 1840 (= depressa sensu Ismay, 1981). Though Meromyza spp. can only be identified after the male genitalia these images could possibly belong to M. virescens: the dark stripes of the scutum are separated only by very narrow vellow stripes, palpi black, tergites except hind margins dark. M. virescens develops in Puccinellia spp. (Poaceae) and is abundant in inland and coastal salt marshes. Compare the notes on other Meromyza images.
