Nikittokkk, I don't know the species found in your area but the habitus, the hairy aristas, not engrossened hind tibiae and long pale pterostigma indicate Eristalis similis or E. pertinax. Front tarsi look rather pale so I am more inclined to think of E. pertinax.

But please, wait for the opinion of an expert ;)

I'm agree with pertinax female. Pterostigma is extremely light coloured.
