UK East Suffolk. Mixed habitat
31st May 2012. Size 6mm
I think this is Wagneria gagatea.

It is Wagneriini no doubt.
But are you sure it is not Ramonda ?

The outer vertical seta does not seem to be that strong, and the position of the humerals is difficult to judge from these pictures (despite their excellent quality !)

Thanks Theo, obviously W. gagatea is a lot rarer than Ramonda spathulata (which I see regularly) so it did need double checking.

Ramonda prunaria should be 'common' as well, but mostly if you collect with malaise traps....
