One from a couple of weeks ago..Ness of Sound, Lerwick. Rough ground [ex trout hatchery]next to sea.

Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) sciarina, male. In the second image you can see the distinctive ventral seta on the hind femora. Gallery stuff.
