And despite the general look might suggest a true bug, I think it has something aphid-ish about it.

Ladybird sized, found near pond SW London. I initially thought aphid but it seemed on the large side and I didnt recognise the species.
I now think it is probably Tuberolachnussalignus or Willow aphid.

Hello,

Aphid, no doubt for me.
One can even see the siphunculi bumps on the hind part of the abdomen

Tuberolachnus salignus, I think that is correct
