Hi,
Taking a picture of a Psychodidae (
Clogmia albipunctatus ?) through a glass, I was surprised to discover long palps bented below thorax.
Have all Psychodidae such palps ?

Palp length varies a lot within Psychodidae, but long palps like these are certainly not unusual.

Thanks Gunnar,
I was quite surprised but it is not easy to see them in situ.
You confirm
Clogmia albipunctatus ?
(Picture available if needed)
