Is that black fly a species of Andrena, with white hairy thorax perhaps Andrena cineraria L.

except for white hairs on tip of abdomen it looks like the Mining Bee Andrena cineraria in my field guide.

Or a rather worn individual of A. vaga (female)? (But I'm no expert.)

To keep the record straight, it was identified as Andrena agilissima by Nico Vereecken on a French forum.
