I believe that a short note on this record must be published ASAP: it is apparently the first European record (guess it has been known from Maghrib )

I acknowledge that I am happy to resume shooting again for the second consecutive year, this small fly in the wetland of The Pond Suarez in Motril. :D :(
The one photographed on 4 December 2011 passed, it would be really the first record of this fly in Europe, together with the one in the link provided us Beuk Paul, who was photographed on December 6 in Palermo, Italy.
I suppose that one day this kind of fly, he reached the south of the peninsula from North Africa. Perhaps carried away by the winds. How difficult is to know how long they have been in Southern Spain.
I am no expert on Diptera and only took them photos. But this time, known for the last year the uniqueness of this fly, if I took the precaution of collecting the specimen to make it available to you, the experts. |t
