I would say anthomyiid, and if one enlarges the photo I think a plumose arista is present? Perhaps Hylemya or Hydrophoria?

Could it be Hylemyza partita? Enlarging the image I can see hairs between the pre-sut acrostichals and, I think, dorsal setulae on the costa. Not sure about the scutellum, but it looks as if there could be a bare patch in the middle. I think there is a third pd near the base of t3.

Do you have any more images, mwkozlowski?
