I have doubt that they be Chloropidae, special about right one!! Maybe Lonchaeidae? I can't see any character like Chloropdae in them!! :S

Both are Chloropidae. Sara, FYI: Lonchaeidae have blackish halters and its wing venation is consistent with Chloropidae.

Unfortunately this species is new to me and I haven't seen so far and also can't see the characters for ID them by key, so I just can say they are Chloropinae subfamily! :|

These are species of
Thressa with unmarked wings. See other thread for more details on
Thressa.
