Maybe Hydrellia maura?
Taken this morning in Granada coast.

I feel that these are a bit too bright for maura - which tends to have a duller face and pleura.

The fly they are feeding on is a different species - might be
maura or
griseola, but I'm not able to suggest a name for the others. Cranefly may be able to help.

Try sending a PM to Tadeusz Zatwarnicki or Cranefly to ask them to have a look. They may recognize your species.
