Small Flies (2-2,5mm) it attracted for fish in a beach.
Place: Mediterranean (Alicante, Spain)

No, it is
Hecamede albicans - it appears to have the black setae at the base if the fore basitarsis which distinguishes it from
maritima, a species that has so far only been found on the coasts of the Red Sea, Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman.
