Is this Cnodacophora sp?
And is it possible to determine the species?
(from northern Germany)

Quite a fuzzy image, but I'd suggest
Calobata petronella.

Your first ID was correct, it is
Cnodacophora sellata. There is only one pair of postsutural dc setae,
C. petronella should have two pairs, but I could see not dc on the first image at all.
Perhaps submit this one for the Gallery?

I am going to submit this to the Gallery.
This is a male, right?
(because of the secual apparatus under the body)
