Hard to say. Females of
Clytocerus lack the distinctive genus characters seen in males; this may well be a female. If it is a male the first antennal segment is too short for it to be a
Clytocerus. (
Boreoclytocerus is considered a subgenus of
Clytocerus by most Psychodidae specialists).
To me, the wing-shape looks most like
Pneumia or a similar genus, but I can't say much for sure. These beasts are easier to ID without the hairs, and even then it is not always so straight-forward...
