Hi

Switzerland, 19.04.2012, 430 msm, near Lake Zurich, small area between gardens and small ditch
size about 5 mm ?

Is Tephritidae, a male? Possible for ID?

Today, 20.04.2012, I found (same place) this mating flies.
Are they same species - Tephritis crepidis Lw. or conyzifoliae Merz ?

In the case of the pair in copula, it is almost certainly T. crepidis: oviscape is entirely black in Swiss specimens.
