Not sure at all with this kind of Syrphid...
Any idea is welcome.
Picture taken in the natural reserve of Sclaigneaux, Seilles, Belgium (2012/04/02).

A male Syrphus sp.
It seems to have bare eyes, so probably ribesii/ vitripennis.
