Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is this Cheilosia caerulescens? CONFIRMED

Please could you ID this... if my pics are good enough.

The hoverfly has a cute little face which looks like Cheilosia sp to me. Could it be C. caerulescens?

I've managed to work out that it's a male!

Seen in my garden feeding on tansy in July 2011
