Evening all,

Just a quick question, really. Do you set your specimen's legs and wings, or just leave it the way it comes from the kill-jar? I always set mine to a reasonable museum-look.

I attach a photo of one of my set Pachygaster atra specimens. Please bear in mind they don't usually turn-out that 'aesthetic', and as long as they can be identified it isn't so much of a concern.

Take care,

Jason

I do not! At least not as nicely as you did. It is too time consuming. I only take care that the important characteristics are visible

I do, but only with the legs;) Especially in Anthomyiidae it is very useful because you can see the chaetotaxy much better then.
