Can anybody help with determination? The picture is taken on 04th of June 2010 in Serbia.

I think there is no dc in front of the suture, so Sapromyza. I can't see enought details to say which species, but perhaps someone, who dealt with more Lauxanids in your region will recognize it.

Of the yellow Sapromyza with 1+3 DCs & Black 3rd antennal segment. In the UK we have
halidayi, obsoleta &
apicalis.
No black mark on apex of front femur, so not
halidayi. I think I can see a preapical bristle on the hind tibia? so rules out
obsoleta
So if Serbia has the same mix of
Sapromyza ? I would say this could well be
apicalis?

I will check the occurence of Sapromyza species in Serbia. Your help in narrowing the possible species is of great help!
