I think this dragonfly belongs to the

Yes male Coenagrion sp. but he doesn't seen very good the dorsal shape on the second abdominal segment ??

I agree with lweit on both accounts.
The first one is a female
Ischnura elegans of form
infuscans (females of this species occur in five color forms).
The second is indeed a male
Coenagrion, but lweit is right that you should examine the ventral view of the second abdominal segment more closely to determine the exact species.
