On first glance I'd say: Epistrophella euchroma. But I'm not entirely sure. Have you, perchance, any photos from another angle?

Unfortunately I could only make this photograph before flying out ...
Edit the title under its guidance, to attempt to confirm their identification.

It's a dark specimen of Episyrphus balteatus. Note e.g. the three greyish vittae and the prescutellar spot on the mesoscutum.
