Hello,
This is a Cheilosia from northern Germany...
Does someone know which species it could be?

From the way it sits on the leaf, the elongated abdomen and the hairy eyes I'd say this is a male Cheilosia variabilis s.l.
With Cheilosia one needs to collect the specimen or have detailed photo's for accurate identification. And even then it can be a pain in the ***.
