Hi
* locality - Pedra Cavaleira - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 13.11.2006
* size - 2 mm - 3 mm (very small flies)
* habitat - woodland
* substrate - Acacia sp.
The right one seems to be a Chironomidae fly... the left one I don?t have an idea..
The spider seems to be a Theridion sp. It could be too Kochiura aulica. :)

Hallo Jorge,
The two preys of the spider are not Diptera.
Both are Homoptera, and the family is Psylloidea (Psyllids)

Four wings (well visible in top specimen, right fore extended, right hind over abdomen), way the wings are held (bottom specimen, roof-like) wing venation, broad head with flattened dorsal surface, etc.
