Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Lonchaeidae?

I photographed this small fly (4-5 mm?) today at Leerdam, Netherlands. I thought it might be Lonchaeidae, but I am not sure. Could something be said about the family, or perhaps even species?

It is. Not enough detail in the pics to identify it to species, but most likely either
C. aeneum or
C. simillimum.
