Switzerland, 03.04.2011, 430 msm, small wetland, edge of forest near by

Could anybody help with ID?

I would have said Cheilosia bergenstammi but I am not a specialist in this genera.

No, this is not bergenstammi, because among other things, the face is too flat.
What it is, I don't know without the specimen in my hands.... sorry!
