Incidentally, if you want to delete your earlier posts you can use the edit button below the text and then select 'delete this image'. To add a secnd image to the thread, you can reply to your own post and attach an image to the reply (which must include at least one character of text.
We have a separate forum for Syrphidae, and you may get a quicker reply to your next syrphid query by posting there.

It has now been moved to the Syrphidae forum. And to help you on your way: it is a
Paragus. Not very imaginative, but does
Paragus quadrifasciatus exist. It would be an appropriate name for this species. ;)
