Photograph taken on October, 09, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae 6 mm

Probably subgenus Cricotopus. Possibly C. bicinctus, a common and widespread species with this general color pattern.
