Unfortunately I can't see details for identification, just can say it's in Oscinellinae group! :)

Can someone explain me why this can’t be a Piophilidae?:)

Dear Rui
With which characters you think this? Would you please advise me? :)

Hi Sara,
I think it just has a piophilid appearance and I don’t see a well developed ocellar triangle. But I may well be wrong so if someone could explain me why it can’t be a piophilid I’d be grateful.
