Thread subject: Diptera.info :: What is the gnat?

Hi all! This is a big gnat from Ukraine, collected on 18th June 2011 in Donetsk region (ravine oakery). Length 12 mm. Please help me to a family and, if possible, further.

Keroplatidae, perhaps Keroplatus.
