I thought to see a subscutellum in picture 2 Does this not then exclude Calliphoridae?
But on further thought and looking around it may also look like a Calliphoridae species Bellardia (cf scripta?)

Well, I see a reflection of something in photo-2 but that could just be the back of the thorax. The abdomen shape could indicate
Cynomya but I really don't know calliphorids very well :)

I know Cynomya mortuorum which occurs in the Netherlands well. This one is not that species.
I am still much interested if further insight can be given.
With thanks,
