Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Starnge but very characterisctic tachinid (?)

Hi, the pictures are not very sharp but this red head and black body....
Must be a tachinid, quite big; I met it only once on a thistle flower, north of Poland

Tachina grossa (I think) - I know I'll be corrected if I'm wrong. :D
