Looks like Adoxomyia, but the visible characters do not really match with those given in Rozkosny's key. I hope you collected it, or at least haev some more pictures.

Looks like Adoxomyia dahlii, but this species and the whole genus is not known from Spain or Portugal... on the other hand this is one of the most difficult genera, with lots of species described in a sloppy way, nothing comprehensive and I am not sure which characters work.. But at least dahlii is a widespread species with yellow knees, and long elongate antennae... so that is the best match I can come up with..

the second time that a new genus for Iberia is not collected.. The first one was Acantothereva.. hope this time Valter collects this Adoxomyia sp. I will take a look in our vineyards.
Afaik there are no records for Iberian Peninsula (Portugal + Spain) on this genus. Valter should be the first one to record this genus.. Congrats.
