quite massive ca10 mm sp. Looks similar to Scaeva or Eupeodes sp. Poland/ Torun region
As marks are white maybe Scaeva pyrastri

This is Scaeva pyrastri, a male. The Scaeva species have a bulging frons. Eupeodes has yellow marks of a different shape.
