Tephritis matricariae Lw.(copula) is the correct name? Thank you very much.
Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 24.06.2011.

Indeed, it certainly is
T, bardanae: apical fork is reduced to 2 separated dark spots.
