Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Measures 1.3 mm, Does it Have Eyes?

Well of course it has eyes but I am having trouble seeing them.

This fly measured only 1.3 mm. Can someone supply the family?

22 September 2006, grassy open area near woodlands, West Virginia, USA.

I think this is also a ceratopogonid midge.
