This fly was 5-6 mm. Is it possible to tell family and perhaps genus?

Ving venations is quite different from those Scatopsidae I can see on internet

The other species, veternosa, occurs in Finland, and as the adults are rarely caught, I wouldn't dismiss this possibility just yet. Unfortunately I don't have a key to the species.
