Both are
Rhamphomyia. Top one possibly of the
sulcata group (impossible to identify with more detailed look), bottom one perhaps
stigmosa. Both are males.

Well, believe it or not, after examination of the collected specimen, the top one turns out to be an
Empis after all:
E. (Anacrostichus) bistortae. The fork is not visible, possibly because it R4 just lights up and gets the same colour as the wing surface. However, following the course of R4+5, there is a clear bend where R4 branches of.
