I'm not an expert of Larvae in Diptera, but this cephaloskeleton is like Chloropidae to me!??? I am also curious about another ideas! :)

could be, but a photo showing the habitus and at least the posterior spiracles would help.

I have no ideas...but thanks for opinions
I found this larvae in small Dipsacus axils near the wetlands
in Slovakia
and this axils was full of water and algae
this is photo of anal area
maybe help more
