Have these photos of a small fly. From my notes 5-6 mm, photos are from Bodø, Norway (forest near a lake). Date: 15.08.2010.
Use this for my bachelor-thesis (material from 2009 and 2010), only need family-identification for this one :) Thought I had to check it (might as well be Empididae, not sure how to interpret the venation on the photos).
