What a big hypopygium ! My guess is Alliopsis atronitens.

Forget the "atronitens", it should be another species (I hope not another genus).

I should have added that Hyporites is related to Alliopsis. It is an unusual Anthomyiid, the only species in the genus, and is found on mountains in Europe and the Palaearctic. Easily recognised in the male by the large hypopygium, with the epandrium projecting above the level of the abdomen.

Stephane thanks for the warning. In 2011 I made 35 thousand photos of Diptera, so I have a good overview in this Labirinto.
