this is on paper, but normaly (I can find mybe 2 specimens per year (-:) found on apple tree leave. Size of casing 5 mm.

Left image: placed on paper
right image: emideately assumes its normal upright position, and then swings a bit around, and mybe change position.

If you spot it on apple tree, it does not normaly move, you have to watch it for a bit of time.
At mouth area it produces silky string like spiders.
