I found this fly on a leaf of grass at a mountainous area in West Hungary. There was some badly smelling droppings just on the ground. I have an idea that it belongs to the Dryomyzidae family.

Somewhat similar to
Neuroctena anilis, indeed. Let us wait for someone else with more knowledge to confirm or refute this id.
