Hey,
I have noticed you are really experts here in this forum...
you helped me a few minutes ago, so maybe also in this case.
I took this photo may 2009 in a unknown bush. It was nearly evening.
I am a no expert, but i think it is Anomoia purmunda?
Is it possible?
Than all my missing identifications are done.

Not purmunda - but certainly a tephritid. I'm fairly sure it is
Tephritis hyoscyami
